Rules and Regulations

 

Member agrees to abide by all of the rules set forth below, in addition to the NATRA bylaws. Failure to obey rules will cause your membership to be revoked.
 

1. Adult members must carry identification with them at all times and be willing to politely show that identification when requested. Your drivers license or state ID are your membership Identification. Photocopies or photos of your original are acceptable. TIP: Screenshot your membership/pass confirmation on your cell phone.


2. Memberships are considered "household" memberships. They are intended for two adults and their minor children or grandchildren. Members are not allowed to bring non member Adults (18 and over) as a guest unless they have purchased a day guest pass for them and have a signed liability form with them while on the property. Members are allowed to bring minors as a guest as long as they are accompanied by an adult member and the minor liability release is signed by their parent or guardian.


3.Members must obey all Tennessee State Laws as they pertain to safety equipment. Helmets are required on all atvs and bikes. Seat belt or harness usage is required in all UTVs and buggies.


4. Members agree to respect all trail signs and only ride on marked trails. Damaging any NATRA barriers will be considered vandalism.


5 a. On the Lawrence County/Westpoint Lease: .Motorcycles, ATV’s, UTV/SXS’s (side by sides including tubular chassis), are allowed. MAXIMUM allowable tire size shall be 34" as embossed in the tire sidewall. Some trails are designated as "single track" and are for two wheeled traffic only.


Absolutely no trucks, jeeps (including Mahindra Roxors), buggies or vehicles over 72" wide will be allowed.


NATRA will have single-track trails for motorcycle only and two-track trails for motorcycles/ATVs/UTVs. These will be marked accordingly for safety so please be aware.


5.b. On the Hardin County/Rainbow Falls Lease: Motorcycles, ATV’s, UTV/SXS’s (side by sides including tubular chassis), Four-wheel drive Jeeps, trucks, and other similar vehicles, Rear engine VW (or similar) powered rail/dune buggies are all allowed. MAXIMUM allowable tire size shall be 44" as embossed in the tire sidewall.


Absolutely no high horsepower racing “Rock Buggies”, “Rock Bouncers”, or “Rock Crawlers” will be allowed.


NATRA will have single-track trails for motorcycle only, two-track trails for motorcycle/ATVs/UTVs, and full width trails/roads open to all traffic. These will be marked accordingly for safety so please be aware.


6. Operating any vehicle with more than two wheels and wider than 34" on "single track" trails is dangerous and harmful to those trails and will be considered vandalism.


7. No alcohol or narcotics are allowed on NATRA property at any time.


8. No excessively loud exhaust systems are allowed.


9. No littering. Please help us keep Westpoint and Rainbow Falls beautiful. If you bring it in bring it out. If caught littering you could face suspension or expulsion from the club.


10. Members/pass holders must drive slowly on county roads.


11. All "single track" trails are always one way. SXS/ATV trails are always two way traffic. Please exercise caution.


12. Memberships start January 1 and end on December 31 no matter at what point in the year joined or renewed, however you have no guarantee of 12 months of access. The renewal period will open on November 1 for the following year. Memberships not renewed by Jan 31 are considered inactive until the member renews.


13. Memberships are not Pro-Rated in any way.


14. Members will respect all riding area closures for events or trail maintenance.


15. Members are not allowed to make any new trails. All trails have to be approved by the land owner.


16. Members are not allowed to cut trees. The land we lease is a tree farm.


17. Members are not allowed to “creek ride” outside of trail boundaries. This is prohibited by TDEC and could result in high fines and cancellation of our lease. No exceptions!!!


18. Members are expected to only ride on the 4925 acres in Westpoint and/or the 4121 acres in Rainbow Falls. The surrounding properties are private property and is trespassing. This membership is not a permit to ride on neighboring properties including TVA, Arches Timberland, and others.
